- Upgrade maintain a 2-5 hours response time for all call before 10:00AM.
- Upgrade maintain on providing solution 24-48 hours upon receive of concern
- Upgrade guaranteed provision of service unit the following day after our response time if problem not resolve.
- Upgrade customer service do a routine follow up call for advance scheduling of service.
- Upgrade have in-house technical personnel that can assist even after office hours.
- Upgrade will provide adequate supply inventory based on usage.
- Upgrade will guarantee that signing agreement with us can: INCREASE YOUR PRODUCTIVITY AND PROVIDE CONVENIENCE.
- Upgrade will not charge for pre-termination if the reason for such pre-termination is due to our fault or breach of the agreement.
